Operating out of a state-of-the-art dedicated pastry, bakery and iced confection factory, this allows our products to be specifically designed to meet the needs of our foodservice partners. Our newly constructed factory located in JTC Food Hub @ Senoko was commissioned in 2018. The factory has since obtained its FSSC (Food Safety System Certification) 22000 certification, the highest Food Safety Management Standard, and has consistently been graded 'A' by the Singapore Food Agency for 7 consecutive years. Coupled with our vastly experienced and energetic production team, this synergy allows us to achieve a highly efficient production of artisan pastry, bakery and iced confection products, while making no compromises to quality or taste.
We understand how delicate pastry, bakery and iced confection products are, and are relentless in ensuring that each and every product that leaves our factory is presented on your customer's plate in the exact same, pristine condition. Hence, we have invested in our own delivery fleet of refrigerated trucks to ensure that the cold-chain is always respected. Our in-house logistics team that is well-trained in the handling and transhipment of such highly temperature-sensitive products further ensures that the cold-chain always remains unbroken.
