Flour Tortilla Wrap
Ideal to use in cold applications as well as in warm. Used cold in a sandwich-meal offered by sandwich bar, traiteur or butcher down the road, over cosy coffee bars up to kiosks at high traffic locations, delivery services and canteen catering and even petrol stations and retail shops. Used warm in a quick (yet warm) lunch served in pubs, brasseries & (family) restaurants.
Tortilla Wrap with guacamole, iceberg lettuce, avocado, grilled chicken breast, red onion and red chili pepper, lime & cilantro.
First spread the guacamole over the tortilla, and cover with leaves of iceberg lettuce. Stay away from the edges at least for 2cm. Put the avocado pieces and chicken meat lengthwise in the middle of the tortilla and sprinkle with red onion, chopped red chili pepper, a few drops of lime and a few leaves of cilantro. Make an envelope (cigar) by folding the left and right edge inside and start to roll up the wrap from the bottom.
